What do I need to consider?

  • We accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. For returns, you can do so within the first 10 days.

After 10 days, returns will NOT be accepted.


All products must be returned in perfect condition, with the original packaging and tags, unused and unwashed.

The product value will be the price paid in the order, deducting any promotions or discounts applied at the time of purchase. The shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you need to exchange for a different size, it will be done without any additional payment. If you wish to exchange for another item, you will need to pay the price difference at regular price.

Exchanges and returns do not have any extra cost, but the shipping to our store will be at the buyer's expense. In the case of exchanges, the shipping of the new product to the recipient will be at our expense.

All refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.


Items in the SALE category are not eligible for exchange or return.


How do I make an exchange or return?

To get started, simply complete the following form: Returns and Exchanges Form and follow the steps:

Fill in the requested information.

Within 48 business hours, we will contact you via email to process your exchange or return.

Choose how you want to send us the products. You can bring them in person to any of our stores or send them to our distribution center in Recoleta by the method of your choice (Avenida Santa Fe 1480, floor 10 - CP1060).

Once we receive your products, we will process the order within 48 hours and proceed to send you the new item or issue the corresponding refund.


Can I come to exchange a product any day?

Yes, we accept exchanges every day that our stores are open and for items from the same season.
